Regulations for booking outdoor facilities (football and tennis courts)
We kindly inform you that football (11×11 and 5×5) and tennis courts are available for booking. A symbolic fee is requested to cover operational expenses.
Please note that:
- All courts are available for specific time slots either for group or individual bookings.
- Reservations can be done online only, based on availability. Please mention your exact prefer time slot.
- Payments of the operational fees should be completed shortly before the activity and the reservation is only confirmed after presenting the receipt to the person in charge.
- Bookings are excluded during public holidays, when the AUTH and AUTH Sports Center are officially closed and when other activities are scheduled.
- Any additional equipment needed for performing the activity is not provided.
- Reservations that are cancelled without prior notice can only be allowed twice (2 times). After that, the person is not allowed to proceed to any more bookings.
Regulations for booking indoor facilities.
- Indoor opening hours: 09:00 – 13:00 and 14:30 – 21:45
- Reservations can be done online only, at least 24 hours prior to the requested booking.
- The platform of online reservations is open from Monday 08:00 to Friday 15:00.
- The reservation is complete only after having the approval of the secretariat of the AUTH Sports Center. A confirmation email will be sent, without a copy of which, entrance will not be allowed in the facility.
- Each trainee is limited to make use of the facilities to 3 times per week. The attendance is electronically controlled by the secretariat of the AUTH Sports Center.
- The use of a face mask is mandatory in all areas of the AUTH Sports Center. Trainees are only allowed to remove it while performing aerobic exercises.
- Disinfection of the equipment is personal responsibility of each trainee.
